En esta secci\u00f3n se dividen tres salas: la sala florentina, la sala veneciana y la sala de esculturas.<strong>Sala florentina : <\/strong>La sala albergaba antiguamente peque\u00f1os objetos como joyas y cer\u00e1micas, pero posteriormente fue decorada seg\u00fan el gusto de N\u00e9lie, que era una gran apasionada de Florencia. Se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 una peque\u00f1a capilla para el culto, adem\u00e1s de los cuadros de valor incalculable recogidos en Florencia. Aqu\u00ed, los visitantes ven las obras maestras como la Virgen con el Ni\u00f1o de Botticelli, San Jorge venciendo al drag\u00f3n de Paolo Uccello.<strong>Sala veneciana : <\/strong>La sala alberga los cuadros recogidos en Venecia y en muchas escuelas de arte del norte de Italia. Estaba casado con N\u00e9lie Jacquemart, que tambi\u00e9n era una destacada pintora de sociedad.Eran una pareja ambiciosa que dedicaba una gran fortuna a la compra de obras de arte de diferentes partes del mundo. De sus numerosas visitas a Italia, coleccionaron principalmente obras de maestros italianos y crearon una enorme colecci\u00f3n de arte italiano en Francia.\u00c9douard Andr\u00e9 busc\u00f3 al arquitecto Henri Parent para que dise\u00f1ara una gran y hermosa mansi\u00f3n que se inspirara en gran medida en los modelos cl\u00e1sicos. La mansi\u00f3n que hoy alberga el museo se construy\u00f3 entre 1869 y 1876.Tras la muerte de Edouard Andr\u00e9, N\u00e9lie Jacquemart se encarg\u00f3 de completar la decoraci\u00f3n del museo y de ampliar la colecci\u00f3n. Encontr\u00f3 m\u00e1s piezas preciosas en sus viajes a Oriente para contribuir a la colecci\u00f3n del museo. En 1912, N\u00e9lie Jacquemart leg\u00f3 al Instituto de Francia la mansi\u00f3n y la colecci\u00f3n que conten\u00eda. Estaba casado con N\u00e9lie Jacquemart, que tambi\u00e9n era una destacada pintora de sociedad.<br><br>Eran una pareja ambiciosa que dedicaba una gran fortuna a la compra de obras de arte de diferentes partes del mundo. De sus numerosas visitas a Italia, coleccionaron principalmente obras de maestros italianos y crearon una enorme colecci\u00f3n de arte italiano en Francia.<br><br>\u00c9douard Andr\u00e9 busc\u00f3 al arquitecto Henri Parent para que dise\u00f1ara una gran y hermosa mansi\u00f3n que se inspirara en gran medida en los modelos cl\u00e1sicos. La mansi\u00f3n que hoy alberga el museo se construy\u00f3 entre 1869 y 1876.<br><br>Tras la muerte de Edouard Andr\u00e9, N\u00e9lie Jacquemart se encarg\u00f3 de completar la decoraci\u00f3n del museo y de ampliar la colecci\u00f3n. Encontr\u00f3 m\u00e1s piezas preciosas en sus viajes a Oriente para contribuir a la colecci\u00f3n del museo. <br><br>En 1912, N\u00e9lie Jacquemart leg\u00f3 al Instituto de Francia la mansi\u00f3n y la colecci\u00f3n que conten\u00eda.
